Zhejiang Zhigangtong Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on 27 August 2021 as a technology-sector mixed-ownership reform enterprise, benchmarked against the needs of world-class strong ports and aiming to build a port-technology unicorn.

Drawing on the application-scenario advantages of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, the world's largest port by cargo throughput, and more than twenty years of accumulated expertise from its core technical team in port intelligence, the company drives the deep integration of IoT, big data, AI and other frontier technologies with port operations. It focuses on building a smart-port product matrix anchored by the "Dual-Core Smart Brain," "Dual Control Platforms" and "Efficiency Suite," while expanding new-quality productivity scenarios spanning sea, land and air — including autonomous vehicles, industrial robots and the low-altitude economy — to deliver comprehensive, multi-dimensional, integrated smart-port solutions.

The company owns the fully self-developed core product n-TOS, deployed across major port clusters including Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, supporting over 70 million TEU of annual container throughput. It is the terminal operating system with the widest coverage of core seaports and the greatest market influence in China, and the only terminal operating system in the world proven in practice at two single terminals each handling over ten million TEU.
